Yes, it has been a week since Memorial Day, and believe me when I tell you that I was in a complete time warp. But here are the photos and low down on our annual Funk Family Memorial Day BBQ!
It was a perfect day for it! Mike had to work a little, but was done well before we started the bbq.
we invited everyone we could think of, from church, school, work, you name it. We had 30 burgers and they were all gone by the time the bbq was over!
it is definitely a tradition, for sure, no matter where we are. Mike tried to tap into the keg left from my sisters bday the week before, but it was no bueno.We all ate great food (mike hand crafted the burgers himself) sat around, laughed, and generally hung out. Wish all of you reading could have came!
Me too. Looks beautiful outside. Memorial day was rather hot down in this part of the world.
