One of the things I love about Hawaii is the ability to just have so much produce literally hanging around!

| Picking avocados! |
There was an avocado tree right next to Jarid and Susie's older place. We took a trip across town to go pick some.
We then had to take a look at every tree we drove by to see if it was a banana or avocado tree so we could stop again. We happened to see an avocado tree from the car and made a quick stop. The tree was in an apartment complex so we were really sneaky about trying to get the avocados. You can see all of them in the picture above. These things were as big as softballs, I'm not kidding.
They were up so high that we needed something to try to get them down. So we got creative and fastened Elizabeth's sand rake to the top of the beach umbrella and used that to pull down an avocado.
We got a ton of avocados, but we didn't even get to eat any because they were still hard when we left!
Besides avocados, you see delicious bananas hanging around too.
Well, don't forget the beautiful Hibiscus flowers too!
