Our garden is bringing forth zuchinni, in large quantities. Which I am not upset about at all! But I did have to do something with it all on Sunday.
Look at the size! They are huge!
I now have 10 bags of zuchinni. In all forms: chopped, shredded, sliced, and it is now chilling in my freezer for when I feel the urge to make some zuchinni bread this winter. I am in the process for searching for some really good zuchinni recipes (other than bread and sauteed zuchinni) and once I find some, I will share. I'm sure some of you are inundated with zuchinni as well. :-) I might make a post just full of zuchinni recipes.
