Hi everyone. we wanted to wait awhile before introducing our new addition. We wanted to make sure that we would be able to make this work since I am allergic and we think we can! It may be rough in the winter but we'll be out of this place soon and onto someplace else! So, pray that God cures all my allergies so we can keep our new little baby. Anyway...meet Samson!

Samson is a 3month old goldendoodle (golden retriever standard poodle mix). Yes, he is not golden, that is because his mom was a black standard poodle. He doesn't shed, but I am still slightly allergic to him.

He lives outside and in the kitchen and living room. He is not allowed in the bedroom and he sleeps in his crate at night. And he is a sweetheart!!!! He is such a good puppy!
First walk:

He is very playful and doesn't bite! I don't know why but he loves to tip over his water dish and run around with it!! We'll have to get some super heavy bowls for inside the house so he can't do this!

We gave him his first bath on Wednesday, that is very bad for some reason right after so Mike is forever fated to dog washing duty.

He wasn't too sure on what to make of it. He kept trying to run away, but he didn't try super hard.

He is a puppy, and loves to chew. This is definitely a new experience for us. We caught him before he messed up a shoe but he did get through the speaker wires for the surround sound system. We have worked on puppy proofing the house now. He does love to chew on rawhide bones so we will just have to keep a supply, he chooses those over all the other things in the room.

He is just such a mild mannered sweetie! He stays with us and doesn't run away, but also has a lot of energy!

He has that retriever side so he fetches balls and frisbees, and other things.

Here is a little video from the camera we have of him playing with his brush after the bath. I wish we would have got the camera out earlier because he was going crazy with it. For some reason he would hit it with his paw and it would fly up in his face so he had to attack it. Silly puppy. We definitely love him and don't want to even think of having to find another home for him if we can't figure out the allergy deal. So, everyone be prepared to meet him!
